Oh Annie, how I love your Mac and Cheese!
I substitute milk for a bit of Greek Yogurt and butter, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes, and you have a tangy, creamy mac and cheese!
I cooked the pasta as directed, drained, added the cheese packet, spoonful of Earth Balance, and Greek Yogurt a tiny bit at a time. Delicious! I love finding new methods of substitution-and this is a good one, no doubt, plus the added benefits of Greek Yogurt.
